    Hye Aszirol, sorry for the very late reply....and I am sorry once again that we do not accept Govt loan...If you want you can apply for bank loan first (which is faster than Govt loan) then for few years later you can apply for Govt loan (so that you don't have to pay for interest)...

    and yes the maid room is ground floor and another 3 rooms are on the first floor...altogether there are 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets...and a master bedroom with a balcony...
